FRSC, is a Professor of Mathematics at the University of Toronto who approaches
integrity and values in the workplace from a "wholeness" point
of view. He believes that ethical issues are easier to deal with if people
remember that they are whole beings, and that their work and other activities
are not separate compartments. Kumar is a published author and popular lecturer
on mathematics and spirituality issues. From 1992 to 1997, he was also on
the Board of Directors of the Vedanta Society of Toronto, where he organized
numerous seminars and discussion groups, including "Is Religion Relevant?"

Judi Neal, Ph.D., Yale University, first began exploring the integration of spirituality in the workplace after being harassed and ostracized for blowing the whistle on the defence contractor she worked for. This experience, followed by a year of unemployment, led to her practicing spiritual principles in a new job as associate professor of management at the University of New Haven. There, she founded the Center for Spirit at Work, and has gained a reputation as the "Information Central" of the spirituality in the workplace movement.
