About Ketan Lakhani's workshop
Ketan will share his experiences and ideas on how the traditional African processes of ubuntu (humanism) are applied practically in the workplace to develop deep commitment and spirituality. In this highly interactive session, he will touch on how traditional African beliefs have shaped not only human dynamics, but also organizational structure.
Ketan will also feature the application of some ideas for resolving deep conflict or handling and managing diversity -- processes used to resolve the political situation in South Africa.
