"Do you get overwhelmed by your own busyness? Creating Time is an interactive workshop where you will identify what is really important to you and learn to make distinctions in your priorities. Discover ways to remove patterns of procrastination and unproductive behaviour. Learn practical tools that will allow you to change negative perceptions and implement purposeful action plans right away. Consciously aligning your personal and business activities can help you to integrate your heart and mind, thereby releasing space for your spirit. This program is based on new perspectives of "thinking and doing", and includes principles of awareness, readiness and action.
