An afternoon with Kristina Sisu….

Thriving at work: Align your Beliefs to Meet your Dreams and Desires

Saturday November 24, 2:30 to 5:30 pm
Carrot Common, Suite 212, 348 Danforth Ave. beside Book City, Chester TTC station, Toronto

Unconscious beliefs or behaviours can prevent you from thriving at work -- from reaching goals, from maintaining your inner calm, from aligning your beliefs and your actions. Kristina Sisu, owner of Wellness Initiatives (www.wellness-initiatives.com), will be leading an experiential workshop, geared to simple yet powerful techniques that you can use at work to help you stay centred and aligned with healthy beliefs. She will show you how you might find where your blocks are and realign your thinking to support you in realizing your goals and desires. From lovely, pastoral Prince Edward County, Kristina brings her background in Social Services and certifications in nutrition , specialized kinesiology, as well as therapeutic touch and brain gym. She combines these holistically in her work as a College Instructor, workshop facilitator, private practitioner and workplace consultant. Kristina is passionate about building energy, health and wellbeing – this will be a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon. You can reach Kristina at wellness@reach.net.

$30 prepaid by November 21, $40 at the door. $10 less for employees of reg’d charities.
