ENNEAGRAM AT WORK |
|
The Enneagram is a powerful system for understanding human
motivation that offers amazing insights into the way we perceive and relate. Its origins
are believed to date back to at least 14th century Sufism; and its acceptance
today developed partly through its use in Jesuit communities. Applied to todays
workplace as a tool for self-awareness, personal leadership, and teambuilding
it illuminates the deeper "why" behind a persons preferred
strategies, and opens the door to greater compassion and flexibility. CSW01 Instructor: Helen Peacock, BSc, MSc is President of Turning Point International, a consulting firm which offers in-depth Enneagram training to business organizations such as Cara Operations and Motorola Canada. Her prior experience includes senior management positions in ScotiaBank and Bell Canada. She is Past President of the International Enneagram Assn.
