IT IS WELL WITH MY SOUL: THE FOUNDATION OF LEADERSHIP |
|
Leaders spend a lot of time ensuring their
organizations grow and develop according to plan. Leaders also focus on ensuring that
their people are growing and developing. All of this outward focusing, however, means that
leaders often neglect to focus on their own needs for growth and development. And this can
be the case whether you are the leader of your own business, for a group in an
organization, or as a volunteer. In this seminar you will be encouraged and coached
through individual and group exercises to do that inner work CSW03 Instructor: Cheryl Nafziger-Leis, PhD, is a management consultant who works both one-on-one with clients in a counselling setting to help them achieve personal growth and professional success, and as a corporate seminar and workshop facilitator. Much of her work is mentoring and coaching senior executives who seek to define career direction and life-purpose in the midst of career transition or mid-life questioning.
