The Centre for Spirituality at Work (www.SpiritualityAtWork.org) and Arborvitae (www.arborvitae.org),an organization with a mission of nurturing spirituality through nature, invite you to an island retreat Saturday, May 25. Bring with you your deepest question or desire regarding your vocation or your work for a time to pause and reflect, to listen and discern, while being peacefully connected with the earth. Pack a lunch and we will meet at the docks at the foot of Bay Street at 9:30 am to catch the 9:45 am Ward's Island ferry, and you should be back on the mainland by 5:00 pm. For our indoor time, we are in the meditative space of St Andrew-by-the-Lake Church.

Marianne Karsh is a longtime friend of the Centre for Spirituality at Work, a Registered Professional Forester & research scientist, and founder of Arborvitae. She is well versed in Christian, native, and other spiritual traditions and incorporates these into her ecological teachings that are grounded in hope. Since 1982, Marianne has been leading nature retreats in Newfoundland, Prince Edward Island, Belize and Ontario. You can reach Marianne at mkarsh@arborvitae.org.
