The Centre for
Spirituality at Work and Arborvitae, an organization with a mission of nurturing
spirituality through nature (www.arborvitae.org), invite you to our Fall retreat weekend
led by Marianne Karsh. Marianne is a
Registered Forester, research scientist, founder of Arborvitae, and long time friend of
the Centre for Spirituality at Work. She is well versed in native, Christian, and other
spiritual traditions and for more than ten years has been leading retreats in nature in
Newfoundland, P.E.I. and Ontario. Bring with you your deepest question or desire regarding
your work for a time to pause, to reflect and discern, while being peacefully connected
with the earth. Or just come for a great retreat weekend! We will share laughter and
discussion, community, sleeping quarters and good food. And we'll spend most of our time
outdoors in the spectacular fall foliage of the rolling hills of Caledon at Mount Alverno,
a 102 acre retreat centre just southeast of Orangeville ( MtAlverno.hypermart.net ). Mount Alverno Retreat Centre, 20704 Heart Lake Road, west side just south of Highway 9.
