Journal Writing: Caring for the Soul at Work with MELINDA

Keeping a journal means keeping a place for ourselves in the rush of
outer demands and work and family activities. In a journal we can stop
and reflect, make room for feelings, clarify thoughts, and stay in touch
with what is most important in our lives. Pausing with the "stuff"
as well as the essence of your inner being can be especially helpful during
times of transition, restlessness, or challenges at work. In this program
we will explore beginning, continuing and deepening a journal through
exercises in free intuitive writing, inner dialogues, and altered time.
Come with pen and notebook, and a willingness to surprise yourself.
